Hampshire Trust Bank provided the borrower with a suitable facility, after getting comfortable with the UBO’s borrowing structure. Due to the clients international structure emphasis was put on the source of wealth and in particular how the client generated their wealth previously. The loan provides development finance up to 60% LTGDV to fully fund the construction whilst providing a land advance to support the purchase.
